15. Conseils pour un café parfait
Écoulement du café réglable en hauteur
Vous pouvez adapter l’écoulement à la grandeur de vos tasses.
Mouture
Voir chapitre 3.5
Préchauffer les tasses
Vous pouvez préchauffer les tasses à l’aide de la buse pour eau
bouillante ou vapeur. Plus la quantité de café servie est petite, plus
le préchauffage est important.
Sucre et crème
Le fait de remuer le café fait baisser la chaleur de celui-ci.
Si l’on sert de la crème ou du lait sorti tout frais du réfrigérateur, la
température du café diminue considérablement.
