9. Montage van de brander
9. Montage du brûleur
Neem het voorste paneel (fig. 5 - J) van de ketel weg.
Plaats uw handen links en rechts aan de bovenkant en trek
het paneel eerst naar voor en dan naar omhoog.
Oter le panneau de façade de la chaudière (fig. 5 - J). Placer
les mains à droite et à gauche de sa
partie supérieure et tirer
vers l’avant puis vers le haut.

Neem de brander uit de verpakking.
Enlever le brûleur de son emballage.
Draai de moer los en demonteer de flens met branderkop
(fig. 6 - A) door deze naar achter te trekken.
Dévisser l’écrou et démonter la bride avec tête de brûleur
(fig. 6 - A) en la tirant vers l’arrière.
Plaats de bijgeleverde dichting (fig. 7) over de branderkop.
De 2 gaatjes in de dichting moeten perfect over de 2 bouten
liggen.
Glisser le joint fourni (fig. 7) à travers la tête du brûleur. Les 2
trous dans le joint doivent s’aligner parfaitement sur les 2
boulons.

Schuif het geheel flens/branderkop in de vuurhaard en draai
de 4 bouten (fig. 8 - A) vast met de inbussleutel van 4 mm.
Glisser l’ensemble bride/tête brûleur dans le foyer et fixer en
serrant les 4 boulons (fig. 8 -
A) avec la clé à six pans creux
de 4 mm.
Draai vervolgens bout (fig. 8 – B) lichtjes in de flens (niet
vastdraaien).
Ensuite, visser légèrement le boulon (fig. 8 – B) dans le bride
(pas visser à fond).
Aandacht: De positie van de flens is belangrijk: het
gat voor de bevestigingsbout (B) moet zich aan de
bovenzijde bevinden.
Attention: La position de la bride est importante:
le trou pour le boulon de fixation (B) doit se
trouver en haut.
De brander lichtjes naar links draaien en hem vervolgens
met de vlamhaker in de flens schuiven –
over de
bevestigingsbout (B) –
tot hij niet meer verder kan (fig. 9 en
10).
Tourner le brûleur légèrement vers la gauche en ensuite
l’introduire avec l’accrocheur de flamme dans le tube de
brûleur – sur le boulon de fixation (B) –
jusqu’au fond (fig. 9
et 10).
De brander naar rechts draaien tot aan de bevestigingsbout.
De bevestigingsbout van de flens stevig aanspannen (fig.
11) met de inbussleutel van 4 mm.
Tourner le brûleur à droit jusqu’au boulon de fixation. Serrer
à fond le boulon de fixation de la bride (fig. 11) avec
la clé à
six pans creux de 4 mm.
