Trennen Sie die beiden Adern
des Lautsprecherkabels auf
einer Länge von rund 10 cm und
entfernen Sie an beiden Adern
rund 1 cm der Isolation (siehe
Zeichnung). Lautsprecher und
Steuergeräte besitzen ver-
gleichbare Anschlussfelder mit
entsprechend gekenn-
zeichneten Anschlussklemmen
(+/-). Die meisten Hersteller
von Lautsprechern und
elektronischen Geräten, JBL
eingeschlossen, benutzen die
Farbe Rot, um den Plus-
Anschluss (+) und mit der Farbe
Schwarz den Minus-Anschluss
(-) zu kennzeichnen.
Den Plus-Pol der Lautspre-
cherkabel erkennen Sie an
einem Streifen bzw. an einer
Riffelung. Wichtig ist, dass Sie
beide Lautsprecher gleich ver-
drahten. Plus am Lautsprecher
muß mit Plus am Verstärker
verbunden sein, ebenso wie
Minus am Lautsprecher mit
Minus am Verstärker. Wenn Sie
z.B. beim Anschluss von nur
zwei Lautsprechern (Stereo-
Betrieb) den einen richtig
anschließen und beim anderen
die Polung der Kabel
vertauschen, befinden sich die
beiden Lautsprecher nicht „in
Phase“ – der Ton klingt „dünn“,
die Bässe verschwin-
den und die Stereo-Abbildung
leidet merklich.
Auch bei den heute so belieb-
ten Mehrkanal-Surround-
Systemen ist das polrichtige
Anschließen all Ihrer Laut-
sprecher gleichermaßen
wichtig. Nur dann lassen sich
nämlich Original-Raumklang
und präzise Ortung des
Programmmaterials umsetzen.
