After replacing batteries in the push bell and resetting both the push bell and chime, only the classic town hall bell tune rings on all of the 1 to 5 melody options Any ideas if this can be rectified. We prefer the Jacob's door knock option Regards Peter Lurie

Ref. Jacob Jensen cordless doorbell Having changed the batteries in the doorbell and receiver and before screwing on the backplanes I pressed the bell testing to see if it rings again. I was pleased that it was the case. After screwing the backplate back to the bell it wont chime. What am I doing wrong? Karin M.
