Probleem Werkwijze
Ventilatoren draaien niet. Geen voeding. Uitval van de netspanning.
Storing in de voeding van de wand-
contactdoos.
Controleer de automaat/zekering in de
meterkast.
Controleer of de 230 V stekker goed in
de unit zit.
Toevoerventilator draait
niet.
Geen of minder lucht uit
de toevoerroosters.
Vorstbeveiliging is in werking.
Maak de filters schoon.
Afvoerventilator draait
niet.
Geen afzuiging via de
afvoerroosters.
Maak de filters schoon.
Weinig toevoerlucht. Weinig lucht uit de
toevoerroosters.
Maak de filters schoon.
De wisselaar is gedeeltelijk
dichtgevroren (storing aan
vorstbeveiliging).
Weinig afvoerlucht. Weinig lucht naar
afvoerroosters.
Maak de filters schoon.

Condenslekkage. Waterdruppels aan de
onderzijde van de unit.
Condensafvoer verstopt.
Lekkende condensafvoer.
Geuroverlast. Nabij de unit.
Nabij de toevoerroosters.
Sifon onder de unit staat droog.
Afstand tussen de buitenluchtaanzuiging
en de ventilatieafvoer is te kort.
Geluid. Ruisend geluid van
luchtstroming.
Het kanalensysteem heeft te veel
weerstand.
Ventielen onvoldoende geopend.
Ventielen sluiten niet goed aan op het
kanaal.
Te veel weerstand door vervuiling van
de filters of wisselaar (dichtgevroren).
Ratelend geluid. Ventilator loopt aan of is defect.
Borrelend geluid. Geen water in de sifon.
Condenswaterafvoer hangt niet diep
genoeg in de sifon.
Bel de installateur als het probleem aanhoudt en vermeld uw bevindingen!
