Si toutefois l’appareil doit être envoyé pour réparation, il faut
alors procéder de la manière suivante:
1.Dans une lettre portant vos nom et adresse en caractères
d’imprimerie, faites une description brève mais claire sur la
panne.
2.Bien emballer l’appareil accompagné de la lettre et d’une
copie du bon d’achat dans un paquet solide, de préférence
dans la boîte d’emballage d’origine.
3.Adresser l’appareil dans un colis suffisamment affranchi à
l’adresse suivante: Martex Holland BV

4.Vous devez envoyer votre appareil dans un colis
suffisamment affranchi. Seuls les envois en port payé seront
pris en considération.
