TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE (continued)

system and/or switch on.

Ensure filter pump is attached and operating.
See "Setup Instruction".
If your unit has plunger valves, ensure that
they are open.
Clear your filter cartridge and cell from debris
and dirt. See “Maintenance”.
Release all trapped air in the circulation line.
See the filter pump manual.
Check the direction of the inlet and the outlet
hose. Reverse the hoses if necessary. See “Set
Up Instructions”.
Clean the flow sensor, paying special attention
to the hinge. See “Maintenance”.
Plug the flow sensor firmly into the flow sensor
receptacle.
Reset both timers on the filter pump and
saltwater system. See “Boost Cycle”.
Contact Intex Service Center.
Remove the electrolytic cell for inspection.
Clean it if necessary. See “Maintenance”.
Add salt. See “Salt & Pool Water Volumes”.
Ensure that the cell cord is plugged firmly into
the cell housing receptacle.
Contact Intex Service Center. Replace the cell
if needed.
Partially drain the pool and refill it with fresh
water. See “Salt & Pool Water Volumes”.
Household voltage is too high or too low (+ 20%).
Check the voltage is within the range stated on
the device housing.
Run the system during midday and avoid running
it during dawn, foggy or raining time. Place a
piece of tile or similar pad, 15”x15” (38x38 cm) in
size, between the device and the ground to keep
ground water evaporation away from the system.

  • I have ECO 6110 and keep getting error 91. Have too much salt 6.5 mpp but shows as low salt (that's how too much salt was put in)do I need a new eco electrode or titanium electrode. Or both or a new system? It is about 4years old Submitted on 26-5-2022 at 20:27

  • Have model eco6100 the working and boost lights are on but no codes in red led box just a dot system will not shut off and no fault lights are shown what is the problem Submitted on 31-5-2021 at 02:34

  • Yeah I have an Intex model eco6110 is there a sensor that tells how much salt there is the level and which one is it is it the ECO OR the titanium because I keep getting low salt codelite and the water is pretty salty help Submitted on 21-7-2020 at 04:12
