A.1 Inleiding

Alles wat groeit, is afhankelijk van zonlicht. Maar 40% van het ultraviolette licht en de zeer

intensieve stralen van de zon zijn schadelijk voor het menselijk lichaam. De resterende 60% van

de zonne-energie, die bestaat uit infrarode stralen, is goed voor de mens.

Onze infrarode sauna gebruikt deze onzichtbare (5,6-15 µm) infrarode straling om

celweefselresonantie te bevorderen, de bloedstroom te versnellen en de werking van organen te

verbeteren.

Infraroodtherapie met sauna’s is steeds populairder aan het worden en is geaccepteerd

binnen de gezondheidszorg, nu steeds meer onderzoek de wetenschap achter deze
