vervolgens op ENTER. De computer zal nu naar het persoonlijk invoermenu gaan; het
mannelijk symbool zal knipperen (samen met het STOP symbool). Wanneer er geen
gegevens ingevoerd/veranderd dienen te worden kunt u 4 keer achter elkaar op de
ENTER knop drukken. Druk op de SELECT knop om voor het vrouwelijk symbool te
kiezen. Wanneer het juiste symbool knippert kunt u op de ENTER knop drukken om deze
te bevestigen. De computer zal u nu vragen om uw leeftijd in te voeren. Druk op de
SELECT knoppen totdat uw juiste leeftijd op het scherm verschijnt en druk vervolgens
op de ENTER knop. Voer uw lengte in cm in. Kies de juiste lengte en druk op ENTER.
Kies vervolgens uw gewicht in kg en bevestig deze. Druk op de ENTER knop. Nu zal u
naar het programma modus gaan.
NB. Door de SELECT knoppen lang ingedrukt te houden verhogen/verlagen de waarden
veel sneller.
PROGRAMMA MODUS
Alle programma’s zullen knipperen (samen met het STOP symbool). U kunt kiezen uit
MANUAL, PROGRAM, USER en TARGET H.R. Druk op de SELECT knop totdat het
programma knippert dat u wenst te kiezen en druk op de ENTER knop.
MANUAL PROGRAMMA
Dit programma kan elk moment gekozen worden door op de START/STOP knop te
drukken. Indien u de juiste waarde van het aantal calorieën wilt, dient u uw persoonlijke
gegevens in te voeren, of uw voorgeprogrammeerde gebruikers nummer te kiezen. U
heeft de mogelijkheid om de waarde van tevoren in te stellen van TIME (tijd), DISTANCE
(afstand), of CALORIES (calorieën) en de waarde van beiden WATTS (wattage) en
HEART RATE (hartslag). De functie dat kan worden ingevoerd zal knipperen. Druk op de
SELECT knop totdat de gewenste waarde op het scherm verschijnt en druk op ENTER.
Door telkens op ENTER te drukken loopt u langs alle instelbare functies. Druk op START
en begin met trainen. Pas de weerstand, indien nodig, aan.
WATTAGE FUNCTIE
Deze is alleen beschikbaar in het MANUAL programma. (Ook wel bekend als de
snelheidsonafhankelijke modus). De weerstand zal zich automatisch aanpassen aan de
vooraf ingestelde waarde van de wattage, ongeacht de snelheid. (Behalve voor zeer lage
snelheden en hogere Wattages waarbij de weerstand alleen maar kan toenemen tot
niveau 16, het maximum)
