5) Führen Sie nach dem Herstellen der Bluetooth-Verbindung eine Gewichtsmessung
durch, indem Sie sich barfuß auf die Waage stellen. Barfuß zu sein ist für die
Bioimpedanzsensoren eine Voraussetzung, um Messungen durchzuführen und die
Körperzusammensetzung zu ermitteln.
HINWEIS
Die Messungen werden am unteren Körperbereich durchgeführt und die Werte für den
gesamten Körper näherungsweise bestimmt. Ihr Gewicht wird von Sensoren gemessen, die
sich in der Waage befinden. Körperfett, fettfreie Masse, Muskelmasse, Knochenmasse,
Körperwasser, Body Mass Index (BMI) und tägliche Kalorienzufuhr werden durch die
Messung der bioelektrischen Impedanz des Unterkörpers berechnet. Ihre viszerale
Fettbewertung wird auf der Grundlage früherer Werte geschätzt.
