1. A tes zsír- és víztartalmának a mérleggel meghatározható százalékos értéke csak egy összehasonlító érték,
nem jellemzi egy személy külső megjelenését, hasonló kinézetű, korú és azonos nemű emberek is
kaphatnak különböző értékeket. Vegye fel a kapcsolatot háziorvosával, ha meg szeretné tudni az Ön saját
ideális testzsír- és víztartalomértékeit.
A testzsír- és víztartalommérleget nem használhatják az alábbi személyek:
- 10 év alatti gyermekek, és 80 év fölöttiek.
- Lázas, ödémás betegek és csontritkulásban szenvedők.
- Díalízises betegek
- Szíverősítő gyógyszereket szedő személyek
- Terhes nők
- Sportolók, több mint tíz óra edzési idő elteltével.
- Személyek, akiknek a szívverésük percenként 60-nál kevesebb
