Sostituzione Della Cinghia Di Trasmissione
Parcheggiare il trattore su una superificie piana. Innestare il
freno di stazionamento. Per semplificare la manutenzione,
Fare riferimento alla dicalcomania di guida all'installazione
della cinghia ubicata sul fondo de poggiapiedi sinsitro.
RIMOZIONE DELLA CINGHIA -
1. Rimuovere il rasaerba (bedre"rimozione del rasaerba" in
questo paragrafo del manuale).
NOTA: Osservare tutta la cinghia di trasmissione e la posizione
di tutte le guide e i fermi delle cinghe.
2. Scollegare il gruppo di cavi della frizione (A).
3. Rimovere l'articolazione anti-rotazione (B) sul lato destro
del trattore.
4. Rimuovere la cinghia dal pignone folle (C) e dal pignone
d'innesto (D).
5. Rimuovere la cinghia dal pignone folle della sezione one
centrale (E).
6. Tirare la cinghia allentata verso la parte posteriore del
trattore. Rimuovere con cura verso l'alto la cinghia dalla
puleggia di ingresso transmissione, posizionandola sopra
le pale delle ventole di raffreddamento (F).
7. Rimuovere, abbassandola, la cinghia dalla puleggia del
motore e attorno alla frizione elettrica (G).
8. Far scorrere la cinghia verso la parte posteriore del trattore,
all’esterno della piastra sterzo (H), quindi rimuoverla dal trattore.
INSTALLAZIONE DELLA CINGHIA -
1. Installare la cinghia nuova facendola scorrere dalla parte
posteriore a quella anteriore del trattore, sopra la piastra
di sterzo (H) e sopra l’albero del pedale freno/frizione (J).
2. tirare la cinghia verso la parte anteriore del trattore, quindi
avvolgerla attorno alla frizione elettrica e sulla puleggia
del motore (G).

Parkeer de tractor op een vlakke ondergrond. Schakel de
parkeerrem in. Voor het gemak is er een sticker met aanwij-
zingen voor het installeren van de riem op de onderkant van
de linker voetsteun.
DE RIEM VERWIJDEREN -
1. Verwijder de maaiunit (zie “DE MAAIUNIT VERWIJ-
DEREN” in dit deel van de handleiding).
LET OP: Bekijk goed de hele aandrijfriem en de positie van
alle riemgeleiders en –houders.
2. Koppel de bedrading van de koppeling (A) los.
3. Verwijder de anti-rotatiekoppeling (B) aan de rechterzijde
van de tractor.
4. Verwijder de riem van het stationaire tussenwiel (C) en
het koppelingstussenwiel (D).
5. Verwijder de riem van het spanwiel (E).
6. Trek het slaphangende deel van de riem naar de achterkant
van de tractor. Verwijder de riem voorzichtig omhoog van
de ingaande transmissieriemschijf en over de bladen van
de ventilator (F).
7. Verwijder de riem naar beneden toe van de motorschijf
en om de elektrische koppeling (G).
8. Schuif de riem naar de achterkant van de tractor, van de
stuurplaat (H) af en verwijder de riem van de tractor.
DE RIEM INSTALLEREN
1. Installeer een nieuwe riem van de achterkant naar de
voorkant van de tractor, over de stuurplaat (H) en boven
de as van het koppelings-/rempedaal (J).
2. Trek de riem naar de voorkant van de tractor en rol de
riem om de elektrische koppeling en op de motorschijf (G).
3. Trek de riem naar de achterkant van de tractor. Voer de
riem voorzichtig naar beneden om de ventilator van de
transmissie en op de ingaande riemschijf (F). Zorg ervoor
dat de riem in de riemhouder zit.
4. Installeer de riem op het spanwiel (E).
5. Installeer de riem op het stationaire tussenwiel (C) en het
koppelingstussenwiel (D).
6. Plaats de anti-rotatiekoppeling (B) aan de rechterzijde
van de tractor terug. Goed vastmaken.
7. Koppel de bedrading van de koppeling (A) weer aan.
8. Zorg ervoor dat de riem in alle groeven van de riemschi-
jven loopt en in alle riemgeleiders en –houders zit.
9. Installeer de maaiunit (zie “MONTEREN VAN DE MAAI-
KAST” in dit deel van de handleiding).

3. Tirare la cinghia verso la parte posteriore del trattore.
Posizionare con cautela la cinghia attorno alla ventola
di raffreddamento della trasmissione e sulla puleggia di
ingresso (F). Verificare che la cinghia si trovi all’interno
del relativo fermo.
4. Installare la cinghia sul pignone folle della sezione centrale (E).
5. Inserire la cinghia attraverso il pignone folle fisso (C) e il
pignone d’innesto (D).
6. Reinstallare l'articolazione anti-rotazione (B) sul lato
destro del trattore. Serrare saldamente.
7. Ricollegare il gruppo di cavi della frizione (A).
8. Verificare che la cinghia scorra attraverso tutte le scanala-
ture della puleggia e all’interno di tutte le guide e i fermi
della cinghia stessa.
9. Installare il rasaerba (Vedere “MONTAGGIO DEL PIATTO
DI TAGLIO” in questo paragrafo del manuale).
