To Replace Mower Drive Belt
MOWER DRIVE BELT REMOVAL
1. Park tractor on a level surface. En gage parking brake.
2. Lower attachment lift lever to its lowest position.
3. Remove any dirt or grass clippings which may have accu-
mulated around mandrels and entire upper deck surface.
4. Remove belt from clutch pulley (M), mandrel pulley (R), and
all idler pulleys (V).
MOWER DRIVE BELT INSTALLATION
1. Install belt around both mandrel pulleys (R) and around idler
pulleys (V) as shown.
2. Install belt onto clutch pulley (M).
IMPORTANT: Check belt for proper routing in all mower pulley
grooves.
3. Raise attachment lift lever to highest position.

ENTFERNEN DES ANTRIEBSRIEMENS DES MÄHERS
1. Parken Sie den Traktor auf einer ebenen Fläche. Legen Sie
die Handbremse ein.
2. Drücken Sie den Hebel für den Anhängerlift auf seine
niedrigste Stellung.
3. Entfernen Sie Schmutz oder Grasreste, die sich vielleicht
rund um die Wellen und auf der ganzen Fläche des Ober-
decks angesammelt haben.
4. Den Riemen von der Kupplungsscheibe (M), der Spindel-
scheibe (R) und allen Umlenkrollen (V) abziehen.
INSTALLIEREN DES ANTRIEBSRIEMENS DES MÄ-
HERS
1. Legen Sie den Riemen rund um die beiden Wellenscheiben
(R) und um die Freilaufscheiben (V) wie abgebildet.
2. Nun legen Sie den Riemen um die Kupplungsscheibe (M).
WICHTIG: Prüfen Sie den richtigen Verlauf des Riemens in
allen Triebradrinnen des Mähers.
3. Heben Sie den Anhängerlifthebel auf seine höchste Stellung.

DÉMONTAGE DE LA COURROIE DE TRANSMISSION
DE LA TONDEUSE
1. Garez le tracteur bien à plat. Engagez le frein de stationnement.
2. Faites descendre le levier de levage de l’accessoire dans
sa position la plus basse.
3. Eliminez la saleté ou les brins d’herbe qui s’accumulent
autour des arbres et à la surface du pont supérieur.
4. Retirez la courroie de la poulie d’embrayage (M), de la
poulie du mandrin (R) et des poulies guides (V).
MONTAGE DE LA COURROIE DE TRANSMISSION DE
LA TONDEUSE
1. Placez la courroie autour des deux poulies (R) de l’arbre
et des poulies folles (V) de la façon illustrée.
2. Montez la courroie sur la poulie (M) de l’embrayage.
IMPORTANT: Vérifiez si la courroie est correctement passée
dans toutes les gorges des poulies de la tondeuse.
3. Faites monter le levier de levage de l’accessoire dans sa
position la plus élevée.
Sustituir la correa de transmisión cortacésped
QUITAR LA CORREA DE TRANSMISIÓN DEL CORTA-
CÉSPED
1. Aparcar el tractor en una superficie nivelada. Poner el freno
de estacionamiento.
2. Bajar la palanca elevadora hasta su posición más baja.
3. Quitar cualquier suciedad o grasa que puede haberse
acumulado alrededor de los mandriles y toda la superficie
superior de la cubierta.
4. Quite la correa de la polea del embrague (M), la correa del
mandril (R) y las poleas tensoras (V).
INSTALACIÓN DE LA CORREA DE TRANSMISIÓN DEL
CORTACÉSPED
1. Instalar la correa alrededor de las dos poleas del mandril
(R) y alrededor de las poleas-guías (V) como mostrado.
2. Instalar la correa en la polea de embrague (M).
IMPORTANTE: Controlar que la correa gire bien en todas las
ranuras de la polea del cortacésped.
3. Levantar la palanca elevadora hasta la posición más alta.
