AFSTELLEN VAN DE ELEKTRISCHE OPVANGZAKCON-
STRUCTIE
Na het afstellen van de opvangzak kan het nodig zijn om de
elektrische opvangzakconstructie af te stellen.
• Verwijder de opvangzakconstructie.
• Draai de bout (1) aan elke kant van de onderste trekhaak (2)
los.
• Beweeg de haak omhoog of omlaag tot de uitlijningsgaten
(3) goed uitgelijnd zijn en draai de bouten (1) weer vast.

• Installeer de opvangzakconstructie weer.
• Open de opvangzakconstructie volledig met behulp van de
schakelaar. (Zie “BEDIENING VAN HET ELEKTRISCHE
STORTSYSTEEM” in hoofdstuk 5 van deze handleiding.)
• Breng de opvangzakconstructie omlaag en zorg ervoor dat
de opvangzakconstructie stevig sluit op de veervergrendelin-
gen van de opvangzak. (Zie “AFSTELLEN VAN DE VEER-
GRENDELINGEN VAN DE OPVANGZAK” in dit hoofdstuk
van de handleiding.)
OPMERKING: Als de opvangzakconstructie niet stevig sluit met
de veervergrendeling van de opvangzak, moet de constructie
nog verder worden afgesteld. Herhaal de afstellingen tot de
opvangzakconstructie goed bevestigd is aan de veervergren-
deling van de opvangzak.
• Zodra de opvangzakconstructie in de juiste stand staat,
draait u de stelbouten (2) aan beide zijden vast tot 100 inch-
lb/11,2 Nm. Draai ze NIET te strak aan.
• Stel indien nodig opnieuw af.
VERTICALE AFSTELLING
Indien nodig kan de verticale positie van de opvangzakconstructie
worden aangepast om de juiste uitlijning (B) tussen de bescherm-
kap en de bovenkant van de opvangzakconstructie te behouden.
• Plaats de opvangzakconstructie terug op de opvangzak-
steunen (5).
• Stel indien nodig opnieuw af.
• Verwijder de opvangzakconstructie.
• Verwijder de moeren (3) NIET; draai ze ALLEEN losser (3).
OPMERKING: De hoogtemarkeringen van de opvangzak (4) kun-
nen gebruikt worden om te helpen bepalen hoeveel de steunen
van de opvangzak (5) moeten worden verplaatst.
• Schuif de opvangzaksteunen (5) omhoog of omlaag in de
juiste stand en draai de moeren (3) weer vast.
DE OPVANGZAK AFSTELLEN
HORIZONTALE AFSTELLING
De tractor wordt vanaf de fabriek verscheept met de opvangza-
kconstructie in een vaste, vooringestelde stand. Indien nodig
kan deze stand worden afgesteld om een consistente opening
(A) te handhaven tussen de beschermkap en de bovenkant van
de opvangzakconstructie. Een ideale opening is ongeveer 6
mm (0,25 inch).
• Plaats een sleutel van 1/2” (13mm) onder de bovenkant van
de opvangzakconstructie (1). Verwijder de stelbout NIET;
draai hem alleen losser (2). Herhaal dit aan de andere kant.
• Schuif de opvangzakconstructie in de juiste stand.
