REGOLAZIONE DEL GRUPPO ELETTRICO DEL SACCO
Dopo la regolazione del sacco, può essere necessario regolare
anche il gruppo elettrico del sacco.
• Togliere il gruppo del sacco.
• Allentare i bulloni (1) su ciascun lato della staffa di aggancio
inferiore (2).
• Spostare la staffa in alto o in basso come necessario fino ad
allineare perfettamente i fori (3) quindi serrare nuovamente i
bulloni (1).

• Reinstallare il gruppo del sacco.
• Mediante l’interruttore, aprire completamente il gruppo del
sacco. (Vedere “COME AZIONARE IL SISTEMA DI SVUOTA-
MENTO ELETTRICO” nella sezione 5 del presente manuale).
• Abbassare il gruppo del sacco e verificare che si agganci
correttamente agli appositi dispositivi del sacco di raccolta.
(Vedere “REGOLAZIONE DEL DISPOSITIVO DI AGGAN-
CIO DEL SACCO” in questa sezione nel presente manuale).
NOTA: Se il gruppo del sacco non si chiude correttamente con i
dispositivi di aggancio, può essere necessaria un’ulteriore rego-
lazione. Ripetere le procedure di regolazione fino al corretto
aggancio del sacco di raccolta agli appositi dispositivi.
• Una volta che il cesto è nella posizione corretta, stringere i
bulloni di regolazione (2) a 100 In-Lbs/11,2 Nm su entrambi
i lati. NON stringere eccessivamente.
• Regolare nuovamente, se necessario.
REGOLAZIONE VERTICALE
Se necessario, la posizione verticale dell’insieme del cesto può
essere regolata in modo da mantenere il corretto allineamento
(B) tra il paraurti e la parte superiore del cesto.
• Riposizionare il cesto sui relativi supporti (5).
• Regolare nuovamente, se necessario.
• Togliere il cesto.
• Allentare, SENZA rimuoverli, i dadi (3).
NOTA: Gli indicatori di altezza del cesto (4) possono essere
impiegati per stabilire di quanto occorre spostare i supporti del
cesto (5).
• Alzare o abbassare i supporti del cesto (5) fino alla posizione
corretta e stringere di nuovo i dadi (3).
REGOLAZIONE DEL CESTO
REGOLAZIONE ORIZZONTALE
Il trattore esce dalla fabbrica con il cesto preregolato in una po-
sizione fissa. Se necessario, tale posizione può essere regolata
per mantenere una distanza uniforme (A) tra il paraurti e la parte
superiore del cesto. Una distanza ideale è di circa 6 mm (0,25”).
• Inserire una chiave da 13mm (1/2”) sotto la parte superiore
del cesto (1). Allentare, SENZA rimuoverlo, il bullone di
regolazione (2). Ripetere la procedura sul lato opposto.
• Fare scorrere l’insieme del cesto fino alla posizione corretta.
