Replace bagger assembly onto bagger supports (5).
Readjust if necessary.
Remove bagger assembly.
Do NOT remove nuts (3); ONLY loosen nuts (3).
NOTE: The bagger height indication marks (4) can be used to
help determine how much the bagger supports (5) will need to
be moved.
Raise or lower bagger supports (5) to proper position and
retighten nuts (3).

Once bagger assembly is in proper position, tighten adjust-
ment bolts (2) on both sides to 100 In-Lbs/11,2 Nm. Do NOT
overtighten.
Readjust if necessary.
VERTICAL ADJUSTMENT
If necessary, the vertical position of the bagger assembly can be
adjusted to maintain proper alignment (B) between the fender
and the bagger assembly top.
TO ADJUST BAGGER ASSEMBLY
HORIZONTAL ADJUSTMENT
The tractor comes from the factory with the bagger assembly preset
in a fixed position. If necessary, this position can be adjusted to
maintain a consistent gap (A) between the fender and the bag-
ger assembly top. An ideal gap is approximately 0.25” (6 mm).
Insert 1/2" (13mm) wrench under bagger assembly top (1).
Do NOT remove; ONLY loosen adjustment bolt (2). Repeat
on opposite side.
Slide bagger assembly into proper position.

ELECTRIC BAGGER ASSEMBLY ADJUSTMENT
Following bagger adjustment, it may be necessary to adjust the
electric bagger assembly.
Remove bagger assembly.
Loosen bolt (1) on each side of the lower clevis bracket (2).
Move the bracket up or down as needed until alignment
holes (3) are properly lined up and retighten bolts (1).
Reinstall the bagger assembly.
Using the switch, fully open the bagger assembly. (See "TO
OPERATE ELECTRIC DUMP SYSTEM" in section 5 of this
manual.)
Lower the bagger assembly and ensure that the bagger as-
sembly closes securely onto the bagger spring latches. (See
"BAGGER SPRING LATCH ADJUSTMENT" in this section
of the manual.)
NOTE: If the bagger assembly does not close securely with the
bagger spring latch, further adjustment may be needed. Repeat
adjustent procedures until bagger assembly is properly secured
to bagger spring latch.
