Sostituzione della cinghia
ESTRAZIONE
1. Parcheggiare il trattore su una superficie piana. Azionare
il freno di stazionamento.
ATTENZIONE: Controllare che la chiave di accensione
sia stata estratta prima di lavorare sul trattore.
2. Togliere il gruppo del sacco.
3. Togliere il deflettore centrale come precedentemente de-
scritto.
4. Togliere l’unità di taglio come precedentemente descritto.
5. Scollegare il gruppo di cavi della frizione (1).
6. Rimovere l'articolazione anti-rotazione (2) sul lato destro
del trattore.
7. Dalla parte posteriore del trattore, attraverso l’apertura
posteriore togliere la cinghia del rasaerba dalla puleggia del
cambio con differenziale (3) e da tutte le pulegge di rinvio (4).
8. Togliere la cinghia dalle pulegge di rinvio centrali (5).
9. Estrarre la cinghia dalla puleggia del motore (6) e dalla
guida della cinghia (7).
INSTALLAZIONE
1. Avvolgere la cinghia dall’alto della piastra di supporto dello
sterzo (8) sulla sinistra dell’albero dello sterzo.
NOTA: Verificare che la cinghia sia sopra all’asse del pedale
frizione/freno (9).
2. Inserire la cinghia nella puleggia del motore (6) e sotto alla
guida della cinghia (7).
3. Reinstallare l'articolazione anti-rotazione (2) sul lato destro
del trattore. Serrare saldamente.
4. Ricollegare il gruppo di cavi della frizione (1).
5. Continuare a montare la cinghia procedendo in ordine
inverso.
IMPORTANTE: Controllare che la cinghia scorra correttamente
in tutte le scanalature e le guide del rasaerba.
Aandrijfriem vervangen
VERWIJDERING
1. Parkeer de tractor op een vlakke ondergrond. Schakel de
parkeerrem in.
LET OP: Zorg dat de contactsleutel is verwijderd tijdens
de werkzaamheden aan de tractor.
2. Verwijder het baksamenstel.
3. Verwijder de middelste afvoertrechter zoals hierboven
beschreven.
4. Verwijder de messeneenheid zoals hierboven beschreven.
5. Koppel de bedrading van de koppeling (1) los.
6. Verwijder de anti-rotatiekoppeling (2) aan de rechterzijde
van de tractor.
7. Werk vanaf de achterkant van de tractor via de achterplaat
en verwijder de aandrijfriem van de transaxlepoelie(3) en
de achterste leirolpoelies (4).
8. Verwijder de riem vanaf het midden van de leirolpoelies (5).
9. Haal de riem van de motorpoelie (6) af en rond de
riemgeleiding (7).
INSTALLATIE
1. Start de riem van boven de steunplaat van de besturing (8)
aan de linkerkant van de stuuras.
OPMERKING: Zorg dat de riem zich boven de bovenkant van
de koppeling/rempedaalas (9) bevindt.
2. Plaats de riem om de motorpoelie (6) en onder de
riemgeleiding (7).
3. Reinstallare l'articolazione anti-rotazione (2) sul lato destro
del trattore. Serrare saldamente.
4. Ricollegare il gruppo di cavi della frizione (1).
5. Installeer de riem verder door de procedure terug te volgen.
BELANGRIJK: Controleer de riem om de juiste plaatsing van
alle maaierpoeliegroeven en -geleidingen te garanderen.
