Wechseln der Messerbalken:
• Fahren Sie das Mähdeck in die höchste Position, um Zugriff
zu den Messerbalken zu bekommen.
• Feststellschraube an der Klinge lösen.
• Montieren Sie den neuen bzw. den neu geschärften
Messerbalken, wobei die hintere (Hilfschneid-) Kante wie
abgebildet nach oben zur Plattform zeigen muß.
WICHTIG: Um eine richtige Montage zu gewährleisten, muß
die Zentrierbohrung des Messerbalkens mit der Messerauf-
nahme übereinstimmen.
WICHTIG: Die spezielle Feststellschraube ist 8.Kl.- hitze-
behandelt.
1. Messerbalkenbohrung Mit Fünfeckige Aussparung
Die Bohrung des Messerbalkens hat eine fünfeckige Ausspa-
rung. Die Sechskantschraube,die den Messerbalken fixiert,
hat ein Rechtsgewinde, welches sich entgegen dem Uhrzei-
gersinn lösen bzw. Im Uhrzeigersinn festschrauben läßt.
• Nach Wechsel Feststellschraube wieder anbringen und
gut festziehen (62-75 Nm.).
2. Messerbalkenbohrung mit sechseckiger Aussparung
Die Bohrung des Messerbalkens hat eine sechseckige Aus-
sparung. Die Sechskantschraube, die den Messerbalken
fixiert, hat ein Linksgewinde, welches sich im Uhrzeigersinn
lösen bzw. Entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn festschrauben läßt.
• Montieren Sie nun in der beschriebenen Reihenfolge
die Sechskantschraube, die Sicherungsscheibe sowie
die Unterlegscheibe.
• Ziehen Sie die Schrauben gut fest (37-47 Nm).
Pour Retirer Les Lames:
• Relever au maximum la machine pour avoir accès aux
lames de coupe.
• Enlevez le boulon de blocage de la lame.
• Mettre en place une lame neuve, ou la lame d'origine
réaffutée, avec le tranchant tourné vers le haut (fond du
carter de coupe), comme indiqué sur la figure.
ATTENTION: Le montage de la lame est correct lorsque son
alésage central en forme d' étoile est parfaitement emboîtée
sur l'étoile se trouvant à l'extrémité du moyeu.
ATTENTION: La vis de fixation de la lame est traitée thermique-
ment en classe 8, bien respecter le couple de serrage.
1. Lame avec Étoile des Cinq Branches
Cette lame est fixée au moyeu par un boulon avec filetage
à droite. On desserre le boulon en le faisant tourner dans le
jeu inverse des aigu illes d'une montre et on le resserre en
le faisant tourner dans le sens des aigu illes d'une montre.
• Remontez le boulon de blocage de la lame et serrez
fortement (62-75 Nm.).
2. Lame avec Étoile des Six Branches
Cette lame est fixée au moyeu par un boulon avec filetage
à gauche. On déserre le boulon en le faisant tourner dans
le sens des aiguilles d'une montre et on le resserre en le
faisant tourner dans le sens inverse.
• Remettre en place la rondelle plate, la rondelle grower
et la vis dans l'ordre indiqué.
• Resserrer la vis avec un couple de serrage (37-47 Nm).
Blade Removal
• Raise mower to highest position to allow access to blades.
• Remove blade bolt se cur ing blade.
• Install new or resharpened blade with trailing edge up
towards deck as shown.
IMPORTANT: To ensure proper assembly, center hole in blade
must align with star on mandrel as sem bly.
IMPORTANT: Special blade bolt is grade 8 heat treated.
1. 5 Star Pattern Blade
The center of this blade has a five (5) star pattern. The bolt
that attaches this blade has normal Right Hand threads that
loosens by turning (
) counter-clock wise and tightens by
turn ing ( ) clockwise.
• Reassemble blade bolt and tighten securely (62-75 Nm.).
2. 6 Star pattern blade
The center of this blade has a 6 star pattern. The bolt attach-
ing this blade has Left Hand threads that loosens by turning
(
) clockwise and tighten by turning ( ) counterclockwise.
• Reassemble hex bolt, lock washer and flat washer in
exact order as shown.
• Tighten bolt securely (37-47 Nm).
