• Una volta che il cesto è nella posizione corretta, stringere i
bulloni di regolazione (2) a 100 In-Lbs/11,2 Nm su entrambi
i lati. NON stringere eccessivamente.
• Regolare nuovamente, se necessario.
REGOLAZIONE VERTICALE
Se necessario, la posizione verticale dell’insieme del cesto può
essere regolata in modo da mantenere il corretto allineamento
(B) tra il paraurti e la parte superiore del cesto.
• Riposizionare il cesto sui relativi supporti (5).
• Regolare nuovamente, se necessario.
• Togliere il cesto.
• Allentare, SENZA rimuoverli, i dadi (3).
NOTA: Gli indicatori di altezza del cesto (4) possono essere
impiegati per stabilire di quanto occorre spostare i supporti del
cesto (5).
• Alzare o abbassare i supporti del cesto (5) fino alla posizione
corretta e stringere di nuovo i dadi (3).
REGOLAZIONE DEL CESTO
REGOLAZIONE ORIZZONTALE
Il trattore esce dalla fabbrica con il cesto preregolato in una po-
sizione fissa. Se necessario, tale posizione può essere regolata
per mantenere una distanza uniforme (A) tra il paraurti e la parte
superiore del cesto. Una distanza ideale è di circa 6 mm (0,25”).
• Inserire una chiave da 13mm (1/2”) sotto la parte superiore
del cesto (1). Allentare, SENZA rimuoverlo, il bullone di
regolazione (2). Ripetere la procedura sul lato opposto.
• Fare scorrere l’insieme del cesto fino alla posizione corretta.
INSTALLAZIONE DELLA LEVA/PROLUNGA DI
RIEMPIMENTO CESTO
Prima di procedere all’installazione o alla regolazione, spegnere
il motore del trattore e inserire il freno di stazionamento.
• Rimuovere il deflettore di scarico centrale. (Vedere “Per togliere
il deflettore centrale” nella sezione 6 di questo manuale.)
• Togliere il bullone (1). Posizionare la leva (2) nella fessura e
reinserire il bullone (1). Regolare come necessario.
PER REGOLARE UNA LEVA
Fare scivolare il sacco nella posizione di massima estensione (3).
• Per erba molto pesante/bagnata, non estendere affatto la
prolunga del sacco.
• Per erba più leggera/asciutta, estendere completamente la
prolunga del sacco.
INSTALLAZIONE DEL DISPOSITIVO DI AGGANCIO DEL
CESTO DI RACCOLTA
I dispositivi di aggancio del cesto si trovano sulla lamiera
posteriore (1), ai due angoli inferiori.
Prima dell’installazione, spegnere il motore del trattore e
azionare il freno di stazionamento.
• Installare ciascuno dei dispositivi di aggancio con l’estremità
ad anello (2) rivolta in basso verso il gruppo del cesto.
• Inserire il bullone di fissaggio (3) nella piastra posteriore.
Posizionare l'estremità ricurva del dispositivo di aggancio del
cesto di raccolta sul bullone di fissaggio (3) bloccandola con
il dado (4) come da figura. Serrare a fondo.
NOTA: La parte inferiore del cesto dovrebbe essere a contatto
con l’estremità ad anello in modo da agganciarsi quando è
chiusa.
NOTA: Se è stata modificata l’altezza del gruppo del sacco di
raccolta, può essere necessario regolare anche il dispositivo di
aggancio. Per fare ciò, togliere il dado (4) e spostare il dispositivo
di aggancio del sacco nel foro desiderato nella piastra posteri-
ore (1), verificando che sia chiuso in maniera corretta. Serrare
nuovamente il dado in maniera sicura.
