• Smontare controdado, rondella e bullone a testa tonda (8) e
togliere il sacco di raccolta (9) dal tubo di supporto (10).
• Ripetere questa procedura per entrambi i gruppi di supporto
del sacco.
• Togliere i bulloni di fissaggio (5) dalla parte posteriore
dell’unità. Utilizzando gli stessi bulloni di fissaggio (5), instal-
lare i supporti del cesto (6) sulla parte posteriore dell’unità.
• Serrare i bulloni (5) a 30 Ft-Lbs. (40,7 Nm).
• Controllare le viti fissate (7). Serrare quanto necessario.
ATTENZIONE: Non superare 100 In-Lbs/11,2 Nm.
• Fare scorrere il sacco girevole (9) fino alla fine del gruppo del
sacco (4).
NOTA: La parte rettilinea (11) del sacco girevole (9) deve es-
sere rivolta verso l’interno del trattore.
• Ripetere la procedura sul lato opposto.
• Fare scorrere la saldatura con i perni sui tubi di supporto
del sacco (10) verificando che entrambi i perni (9) siano
all’interno dei tubi di supporto del sacco (10).
• Rimontare i bulloni a testa tonda, le rondelle e i controdadi
(8), come illustrato.
NOTA: I controdadi devono essere nella parte interna del tubo
di supporto del sacco (10).

INSTALLAZIONE DEL GRUPPO DI SUPPORTO DEL
CESTO
• Installare i bulloni a testa tonda (1) e i controdadi (2) sulle
staffe d’attacco superiori (3) e sul gruppo del sacco rotante
(4), come illustrato.

MONTAGGIO DEL CESTO
• Aprire il cesto e posizionarlo con il lato destro rivolto verso
l’alto.
• Togliere i due bulloni a testa tonda (5/16-18 x 1.5) e i dadi (1)
dal lato anteriore del telaio in alto.
• Far scattare il fondo del telaio anteriore del cesto (3) nel dis-
positivo di scatto davanti al fondo del cesto.
• Rimuovere i rinforzi trasversali (4) dall’interno del cesto.
• Infilare il rinforzo trasversale (4) sul perno (5) nella parte
posteriore del telaio superiore del cesto e fissare con il fer-
maglio a molla (6).
• Fissare il rinforzo trasversale (4) con il perno (7) nella parte an-
teriore del telaio del sacco e fissare con il fermaglio a molla (8).
• Ripetere la procedura sul lato opposto.
• Inserire il telaio anteriore del cesto (2) attraverso gli anelli di
tessuto su ciascun lato del cesto.
• Reinserire i bulloni a testa tonda e i dadi (1) per collegare il
telaio anteriore con il telaio superiore, passando attraverso il
sacco e la tela del sacco. Serrare.
ATTENZIONE: Non superare 100 In-Lbs/11,2 Nm.
