To Replace Motion Drive Belt
REMOVAL
1. Park tractor on a level surface. En gage parking brake.
CAUTION: Ensure ignition key is removed while work-
ing on tractor.
2. Remove bagger assembly.
3. Remove center discharge chute as previously described.
4. Remove cutting unit as previously described.
5. From the rear of the tractor, work through the backplate and
remove the mower drive belt from the transaxle pulley (1)
and rear idler pulleys (2).
6. Remove belt from middle idler pulleys (3).
7. Work the belt off of the engine pulley (4) and around the
belt guide (5).
INSTALLATION
1. Start the belt from above steering support plate (6) on the
left side of the steering shaft.
NOTE: Ensure the belt is over the top of the clutch/brake pedal
shaft (7).
2. Work the belt onto the engine pulley (4) and under the belt
guide (5).
3. Continue installing belt in the reverse order of dismantling.
IMPORTANT: Check belt to ensure proper routing in all mower
pulley grooves and guides.
Antriebsriemen ersetzen
AUSBAU
1. Traktor auf einer ebenen Fläche abstellen. Feststellbremse
anziehen.
WARNUNG: Bei Arbeiten am Traktor muss der Zünd-
schlüssel unbedingt abgezogen sein.
2. Fangkorb abbauen.
3. Mittlere Auswurfschütte wie oben beschrieben abbauen.
4. Schneideinheit wie zuvor beschrieben abbauen.
5. An der Rückseite des Traktors beginnend, zur Rückplatte
gehen und den Mäherantriebsriemen von der Getrieberie-
menscheibe (1) und den hinteren Zwischenriemenscheiben
(2) herunternehmen.
6. Riemen von den mittleren Riemenscheiben (3) herunterne-
hmen.
7. Den Riemen von der Motorriemenscheibe (4) und der
Riemenführung (5) herunternehmen.
EINBAU
1. Mit dem Einsetzen des Riemens oberhalb der Lenkträger-
platte (6) auf der linken Seite der Lenkwelle (7) beginnen.
HINWEIS: Der Riemen muss sich dabei über der Oberseite
der Kupplungs-/Bremspedalwelle (8) befinden.
2. Den Riemen auf die Motorriemenscheibe (4) und unter die
Riemenführung (5) setzen.
3. Der Riemen wird weiterhin in umgekehrter Reihenfolge des
Ausbaus eingebaut.
WICHTIG: Die korrekte Verlegung des Riemens in allen Nuten
und Führungen der Mäherriemenscheiben prüfen!
Pour remplacer la courroie de transmission du
mouvement
DÉPOSE
1. Garez le tracteur sur une surface plane. Serrez le frein de
stationnement.
ATTENTION : Veillez à ce que la clé de contact soit retirée
pendant les opérations effectuées sur le tracteur.
2. Déposez le bac.
3. Déposez la goulotte d’éjection de centrage comme décrit
précédemment.
4. Déposer l’unité de coupe comme décrit précédemment.
5. Depuis la partie postérieure du tracteur, travaillez à travers
la plaque arrière et déposez la courroie de transmission de
la tondeuse de la poulie de la boîte-pont (1) et des poulies
folles arrière (2).
6. Déposez la courroie des poulies folles intermédiaires (3)
7. Sortez la courroie de la poulie du moteur (4) et faites-la
passer autour du guide de courroie (5).
INSTALLATION
1. Démarrez la courroie au-dessus de la plaque du support
de direction (6) à gauche de l’arbre de direction (7).
REMARQUE: Veillez à ce que la courroie se trouve au-dessus de
la partie supérieure de l’embrayage/arbre de la pédale de frein (8).
2. Faites passer la courroie sur la poulie du moteur (4) et sous
le guide de courroie (5).
3. Continuez l’installation de la courroie dans l’ordre inverse
de sa dépose.
IMPORTANT: Contrôlez la courroie pour assurer son bon
acheminement dans toutes les gorges et les guides de poulie
de la tondeuse.
