Problemen oplossen
Mocht u problemen ondervinden met uw droger controleer dan eerst het volgende voor u de technische dienst
belt (zie Technische dienst):
Probleem:
Droger start niet.
Droogcyclus start niet.
Het duurt lang voor het
wasgoed droog is.
Het programma is afgewerkt
en de kledingstukken zijn
vochtiger dan voorzien.
Op het display staat een
foutcode F gevolgd door één
of twee cijfers.
Het display geeft elke 6
seconden kort weer.
Mogelijke oorzaken / Oplossing
●
De stekker zit niet in het stopcontact of maakt geen contact.
●
Er is een stroomstoring geweest.
●
De stop is gesprongen. Steek de stekker van een ander apparaat in het
stopcontact.
●
Gebruikt u een verlengsnoer? Probeer de stekker van de droger
rechtstreeks in het stopcontact te steken.
●
Is de deur niet helemaal afgesloten?
●
De PROGRAMMA keuzeschakelaar is niet helemaal juist ingesteld (zie
Start en programma’s).
●
De START/PAUSE toets is niet ingedrukt (zie Start en programma’s).
●
U hebt een latere starttijd ingesteld (zie Start en programma’s).
●
Het pluizenfilter is niet gereinigd (zie Reiniging en Onderhoud).
●
U hebt niet het juiste programma ingesteld (zie Start en programma’s).
●
De flexibele luchtafvoerbuis is afgedekt (zie Installatie).
●
De luchtinvoeropening is afgedekt (zie Installatie).
●
De klep van het stormdeksel van de permanente ventilatiebuis is
afgedekt (zie Installatie).
●
Het wasgoed is te nat (zie Wasgoed).
●
De droger is te vol (zie Wasgoed).
! Om veiligheidsredenen werkt de droogtrommel maximaal 3 uur. Als een
automatisch programma in die tijd niet de vereiste eindvochtigheid heeft
gedetecteerd, voert de droogtrommel het programma volledig uit en stopt.
Controleer bovenstaande punten en voer het programma opnieuw uit; als
de kledingstukken nog steeds vochtig zijn, dient u contact op te nemen met
de technische dienst (zie Technische dienst).
●
Als het display F10 of F15 aangeeft:
- schakelt u het toestel uit en trekt u de stekker uit. Reinig de filter
(zie Reiniging en Onderhoud). Steek de stekker weer in het
stopcontact, schakel het toestel in en start dan een ander
programma. Als F10 of F15 nog steeds wordt weergegeven, neemt
u contact op met de technische dienst (zie Technische dienst).
●
Als een andere code wordt weergegeven: Noteer de code en verwittig de
technische dienst (zie Technische dienst).
●
De droger staat in de ’Demonstratie’ modus. Houd de Aan/Uit toets en de
Start/Pause toetsen 3 secondenlang ingedrukt. Het display geeft 3
seconden weer en daarna zal de droger het programma hervatten.
