¥ F alls Sie whrend des Trainings belkeit, Brustschmerzen, Schwindelanflle oder

Atemnot verspren, beenden Sie Ihr Training sofort und suchen Sie einen Arzt auf .

¥ Bewegen Sie die Pedale nicht mit den Hnden.

¥ Tragen Sie keine weite Kleidung, die sich in Ihrem Trainingsgert verfangen knnte.

¥ V ergewissern Sie sich vor jedem Gebrauch, dass die Griffstangen befestigt sind.

¥ Lesen Sie dieses Benutzerhandbuch bevor Sie mit dem Training beginnen.

¥ T rainieren Sie auf Ihrem Heimtrainer mit einer angebrachten Geschwindigkeit. Sie soll

ten niemals mehr als 125 Umdrehungen pro Minute treten.

¥ Um auf Ihrem Heimtrainer die Balance halten zu knnen, sollten Sie immer die

Armstangen umgriffen halten.

Nutzung

Es ist sehr wichtig, dass Sie Ihr Fitnessgert nur im Haus und in wohl temperierten Rumen

benutzen. Nichtbeachten kann zu Elektronikschden am Gert fhren.

Kinder

¥ Der Heimtrainer sollte nicht von Kindern benutzt werden.

¥ Achten Sie darauf , dass whrend des Trainings kleine Kinder und Haustiere ausreichend

Abstand zu Ihrem Trainingsgert halten.

Reinigung

¥ Benutzen Sie keine tzenden Reinigungsmittel zur Pflege Ihres Fitnessgertes.
