El interruptor del ventilador de la base posterior controla la operación del ventilador como sigue:
ON—El ventilador funciona continuamente.
AUTO—El ventilador funciona con el equipo de refrigeración, según lo controle el termostato o con
el equipo de calefacción, según lo controle el interruptor impelente del ventilador. En los sistemas
de calor eléctrico, bomba de calor y bobina del ventilador, el ventilador está controlado por el
termostato tanto en la calefacción como en la refrigeración.
Para cambiar las posiciones, use el dedo pulgar o el índice y deslice la palanca hasta la posición
deseada. La palanca del interruptor debe frenarse en el retén que esté sobre la marca del indicador
de la función deseada para que el circuito funcione apropiadamente.
Instalación de las baterías del reloj
La energía para el reloj se suministra
con dos baterías alcalinas AAA (incluidas).
Instale las baterías en el termostato como
se muestra en la Fig. 2. Una vez al año, o
cuando las baterías ya no funcionen,
reemplácelas con dos baterías alcalinas
AAA nuevas. Le recomendamos las
baterías Energizer. El termostato
funcionará por sí sólo sin baterías, pero no
funcionará como un economizador de
combustible.

Designaciones del reloj
Levante la cubierta rebotadora y encontrará el dial de programa de 24 horas, con ranuras a
intervalos de 10 minutos. Ajuste el reloj a la hora actual moviendo cuidadosamente el minutero en el
sentido de las manecillas del reloj. NO regrese el minutero.
Cuando la hora esté designada correctamente, la Flecha Indicadora de la Hora (vea la Fig. 3)
apuntará hacia la hora correcta y banda de horario diurno (clara) o nocturno (obscura)
correspondiente del dial de programa.

EJEMPLO: Para las 11 PM, la flecha del
indicador de la hora apuntará directamente
hacia la banda obscura. Para las 11 AM, la
flecha apuntará hacia la banda clara del dial.
Horario de ahorro diurno
Cuando inicia el horario de ahorro diurno,
mueva cuidadosamente el minutero en el
sentido de las manecillas del reloj, una
hora. Cuando el horario de ahorro diurno
termina, mueva cuidadosamente el
minutero en el sentido de las manecillas
del reloj, 23 horas. NO regrese el minutero;
el mecanismo del reloj podría dañarse.
