8 Risoluzione dei guasti
8.1 Comando non confermato
Se almeno un ricevitore non conferma un comando, alla fine della tra-
smissione difettosa, si accende la luce rossa del LED. Il motivo della tra-
smissione difettosa potrebbe essere un disturbo radio (v. “11 Informazioni
generali sul funzionamento via radio“ a pag. 59). La trasmissione difet-
tosa può essere dovuta a:
• ricevitore non raggiungibile
• ricevitore non può eseguire ordine (interruzione di carico, blocco
meccanico, ecc.)
• Ricevitore difettoso
8.2 Duty Cycle
Il Duty Cycle indica un limite disciplinato dalla legge e applicato al tem-
po di trasmissione degli apparecchi nella gamma 868 MHz. Lo scopo di
questa disciplina è garantire il funzionamento di tutti gli apparecchi nella
gamma 868 MHz.
Nel campo di frequenza 868 MHz da noi utilizzato il tempo massimo di
trasmissione di ogni apparecchio ammonta all’1 % di un’ora (quindi 36 se-
condi in un’ora). Quando raggiungono il limite dell’1% gli apparecchi non
possono più trasmettere finché non sarà scaduto questo limite di tempo.
Conformemente a questa direttiva gli apparecchi Homematic IP vengono
sviluppati e prodotti nell’assoluto rispetto delle norme.
Nel normale funzionamento di solito non si raggiunge il duty cycle. Tut-
tavia, questo potrebbe accadere in casi singoli alla messa in esercizio o
alla prima installazione di un sistema a causa di processi di inizializzazione
ripetuti o ad alta intensità radio. Un superamento del limite di Duty Cycle
viene visualizzato con tre lunghi lampeggi di colore rosso del LED e può
manifestarsi con una temporanea mancanza di funzionamento dell’ap-
parecchio. Trascorso un tempo breve (max. 1 ora) si ripristina il funziona-
mento dell’apparecchio.
