Messeinschränkungen

Das smartLAB

mini Blutzuckermessgerät ist ausschließlich für die

Verwendung mit frischem, kapillarem Vollblut ausgelegt.

1. KEINE Serum- oder Plasmaproben verwenden.

2. KEIN neonatales Blut verwenden.

3. Hohe Feuchtigkeit kann sich auf die Ergebnisse auswirken. Eine

relative Luftfeuchtigkeit von über 90% kann zu falschen Ergeb-

nissen führen.

4. Das Gerät ist für Temperaturen zwischen 10° und 40°C (50°F -

104°F) ausgelegt. Bei niedrigeren oder höheren Temperaturen

kann es zu fehlerhaften Ergebnissen kommen.

5. Benutzte Teststreifen sind NICHT wieder verwendbar. Die Zufüh-

rung eines bereits benutzten Teststreifens führt zur Fehlermel-

dung „Err“.

6. KEINE Jodsäure, Fluorid oder Natriumﬂuorid / Oxalat als Konser-

vierungsmittel für Blutproben benutzen.

7. Hämatokrit: Ein Hämatokritwert zwischen 30% und 55% wirkt

sich nicht signiﬁkant auf die Messergebnisse aus. Hämatokrit-

werte unter 30% können falsche, überhöhte Messwerte liefern

und Hämatokritwerte oberhalb von 55% können falsche, zu nied-

rige Messwerte liefern. Falls Sie Ihren Hämatokritwert nicht ken-

nen, wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren Arzt.
