Hoe kan ik migreren van HiDDNS naar Hik-Connect?
Via de web GUI van het apparaat kunnen klanten controlleren of het apparaat geschikt is voor Hik-Connect.
Ga naar Configuratie -> Netwerk -> Platform toegang om te controlleren of het apparaat geschikt is.
1. Indien het apparaat op dit moment de Hik Cloud P2P functie ondersteund, kan het apparaat
toegevoegd worden aan het Hik-Connect platform en ondersteund deze de nieuwe domeinnaam
service zonder dat het apparaat geupdate dient te worden. Echter, de oudere firmware ondersteunt
het uploaden van poorten naar het platform niet. Klanten dienen dus handmatig de UPNP te activeren
aan de apparaatzijde en poortinformatie in te voeren op het platform via de Hik-Connect app of web
portal als er gebruik wordt gemaakt van de domeinnaam functie. Door het apparaat te voorzien van de
laatste Q1 2017 firmware gebeurt dit automatisch.
2. Indien het apparaat de Hik Cloud P2P functie nu niet ondersteund moet deze geupdate worden met de
Q1 2017 firmware. Het apparaat kan dan toegevoegd worden dmv het serienummer en verificatie
code. (de nieuwe firmware wordt vrijgegeven op de Hikvision Download Portal in Q1 2017)
