CONDICIONES DE LA GARANTÍA
Garantizamos la calidad
Hema B.V. ofrece una garantía completa del artículo indicado en la tarjeta de garantía ante cualquier fallo por
defectos de material o fabricación. Para todos los electrodomésticos el plazo de garantía es de 2 años a partir de la
fecha de compra.
La garantía de este artículo perderá su validez si:
a. el defecto se debe a un uso inadecuado o incompetente, negligencia, conexión a una tensión de red equivocada
o por caídas o golpes;
b. durante el periodo de garantía, usted ha intentado reparar el artículo o lo ha llevado a un servicio de reparaciones
no autorizado por HEMA.
Si puede y quiere hacer uso de la garantía:
Deberá llevar el artículo junto con la prueba de garantía a uno de nuestros establecimientos. Normalmente y
excepto en circunstancias especiales la reparación será gratis y tendrá lugar en un plazo de 14 días laborales.
Seguridad adicional para una buena elección
Si no queda satisfecho con la compra del artículo (por ejemplo, porque no le gusta el modelo o porque lo ha
comprado dos veces), podrá devolverlo en un plazo de 30 días desde la fecha de compra, siempre que esté en
perfecto estado y en el embalaje original. Lleve siempre el recibo de caja. Podrá canjear el artículo o, si lo desea, se
le devolverá el dinero.
Estas condiciones de la garantía son aplicables en todos los países en los que Hema tiene establecimientos.
