Si desea mezclar directamente en un cazo, retire primero el cazo de la cocina y deje que se enfríe un poco.
No mezcle alimentos que tengan una temperatura superior a 40 ⁰C, ya que de lo contrario la batidora
podría sobrecalentarse.
Cuando amase una masa de levadura, se recomienda utilizar primero una velocidad baja y después la
velocidad alta, para obtener un resultado óptimo.

CONSEJOS
1. Los ingredientes refrigerados, como la mantequilla o los huevos, deberían estar a temperatura ambiente
antes de empezar a mezclarlos. Sáquelos de nevera con suficiente tiempo.
2. Para descartar la posibilidad de que caigan en la receta cáscaras o huevos deteriorados, rompa los huevos
primero en otro recipiente y añádalos después a la mezcla.
3. Empiece a mezclar siempre a baja velocidad. Aumente gradualmente hasta la velocidad recomendada que
se indica en la receta.
LIMPIEZA DEL APARATO
1. Antes de limpiarlo, apague el aparato y desenchufe el cable de la toma de corriente.
2. Lave las varillas de batir y las varillas de amasar con agua tibia jabonosa y séquelas con un paño. Las varillas
de batir y las de amasar son resistentes al lavavajillas.
Precaución: la batidora no se debe sumergir en agua ni en ningún otro líquido.
3. Limpie la carcasa de la batidora con un paño húmedo.
