2. Bevestig de ballenschieters: steek de 4 ballenschieters zoals afgebeeld in
de speelbak (zie afbeelding 2A en 2B.

Plak de stickers op: plak de naam en oogstickers op de Hippo’s van dezelfde
kleur. Afbeelding 1 laat zien waar ze horen.
Zet je Hippo klaar! Om je Hippo te activeren, houd je z’n staart omlaag
gedrukt terwijl je z’n nek uit en omlaag trekt om hem los te maken van het lipje
(zie afbeelding 5). Druk nu een paar keer op de Hippostaart om te zien of de
nek makkelijk naar voren en weer terug beweegt.
DAAR GAAT-IE!
Elke speler kiest een Hippo en legt 5 balletjes in het ballenbakje rechts van zijn
of haar Hippo (zie afbeelding 1).
De jongste speler mag beginnen en drukt op zijn/haar ballenschieter om één
balletje weg te schieten. Nu beginnen alle spelers zo snel ze kunnen op hun
Hippostaart te drukken om te proberen het balletje op te happen!
Als het balletje is opgehapt, schiet de volgende speler (met de klok mee) een
balletje weg en weer proberen alle spelers het balletje met hun Hippo op te
happen. Als alle balletjes zijn opgegeten, tellen de spelers de balletjes in hun
bakje met gehapte balletjes. De speler met de meeste balletjes wint!
Spel voor gevorderden
Alle spelers schieten tegelijk al hun balletjes weg en proberen dan zo
snel ze kunnen op hun Hippostaart te drukken om hem balletjes op te laten
happen. Als alle balletjes zijn opgehapt, wint de speler met de
meeste balletjes!

ALLES KLAAR?
Bevestig de Hippo’s op de speelbak: schuif de lipjes van de voorkant in de
openingen aan de zijkant van de speelbak. Druk de Hippo dan omlaag om hem
vast te klikken (zie afbeelding 3A en 3B). Belangrijk: controleer voordat je
gaat spelen of de Hippo’s goed vast zitten.
Bevestig de Hippohoofden: steek
het pinnetje in het gaatje aan de ene
kant, draai het hoofd dan en bevestig de
andere kant. Zie afbeelding 4.
