Hinweise zur Blutdruck-Selbstmessung
1. Messen Sie nach Möglichkeit morgens und abends zu gleichen
Zeiten.
2. Um vergleichbare Werte zu erhalten, messen Sie bitte nach fünf
Minuten Ruhe im Sitzen.
3. Bitte sprechen und bewegen Sie sich während der Messung nicht.
4. Bei einer Handgelenksmessung ist das Gerät auf Herzhöhe zu
halten.
5. Notieren Sie für jede Messung Datum und Uhrzeit und tragen Sie
den Oberwert (Systole) und Unterwert (Diastole) zusammen mit dem
Pulswert in den Blutdruckpass ein.
6. Bitte halten Sie zwischen zwei Messungen mindestens eine Minute
Pause ein.
7. Die Blutdruckmessung ersetzt weder eine Therapie noch regelmäßi-
ge Kontrolluntersuchungen beim Arzt. Die vorgegebene Dosierung von
Arzneimitteln darf keinesfalls eigenständig verändert werden.

  • Hi there, I am have difficulties with my Tensoval Comfort Blood Pressure Monitor. I do follow the instructions for use, but when I then reach the point where it should start to inflate the cuff, the little screen shows that I must type in the date, etc. I have done this already a few times, but the very same thing happens.
