Troubleshooting table
The dishwashing results are not satisfactory
Problem Possible cause Solution
There are resi-
dues or streaks
on the dishes.
The rinse aid is incorrectly dosed. Adjust the dispensed dose (see
„Adding rinse aid“ on page EN-11).
There is no dishwasher salt. Add dishwasher salt (see „Adding
dishwasher salt“ on page EN-12).
The dishwasher salt is clumpy. Stir the dishwasher salt using the
end of a spoon or similar.
The dishes are
not completely
clean.
There are food scraps which are en-
crusted onto the dishes.
Soak dirty dishes prior to washing
the dishes.
The dishes have not been stacked
optimally.
Stack the dishes in such a way that
all parts can be reached by the wa-
ter jets (see „Loading the dishwash-
er“ on page EN-13).
You have selected the incorrect
dishwashing programme.
Select the correct dishwashing
programme (see „Dishwasher pro-
gramme table“ on page EN-16).
The dishwasher detergent is incor-
rectly dosed.
Use the correct dosage of dishwash-
er detergent (see „Dishwasher pro-
gramme table“ on page EN-16).
The water pressure is too low. Turn the water tap on completely.
The spraying arm can not rotate un-
hindered.
Ensure that no dishes are impeding
the motion of the spraying arm.
The nozzles on the spraying arm are
blocked/calcified.
Clean the nozzles (see „Cleaning
the spraying arm“ on page EN-21).
