Check the tank lid seal; renew if required 

Check brake and pedal locking for proper operation 

Grease squeegee holder and all hinge points of brake

and brush pressure pedal 

Check wheel attaching screws and tighten if required (25 Nm) 

Check the flexible pane (diaphragm) for possible damages. 

Note: Renew the diaphragm pane immediately if defective!

Check steering for slackness, adjust pinion of the steering chain

or replace if required 

Grease steering chain 

Grease steering bearing 

Check fresh water supply to the brushes

(solenoid valve and pump function) 

Check roller chain for travel drive for tension,

adjust or renew and grease if required 
