Variant II (vanaf 8 jaar)

Het spel wordt voorbereid zoals hierboven beschreven. Bovendien heeft

iedere speler pen en papier nodig.

Bij deze variant moeten alle kinderen zo snel mogelijk vijf woorden

opschrijven die met de omgedraaide letter beginnen. Degene die als eerste

klaar is, roept „stop“ en slaat met zijn hand op de omgedraaide letter-

kaart. De andere kinderen mogen nu nog wel een al begonnen woord

afmaken, maar niet met een nieuw beginnen. Het kind dat de ronde beëin-

digd heeft, leest zijn woorden nu hardop voor.

Het krijgt de letterkaart alleen als alle vijf woorden bestaan en juist ge-

speld zijn. Als dit niet het geval is, mogen de andere spelers hun tot dus-

ver opgeschreven woorden oplezen. Heeft een van de kinderen meer gel-

draait de bovenste letterkaart om.

Opgelet: De kaart moet zodanig worden omgedraaid, dat alle

medespelers de letter gelijktijdig te zien krijgen en er dus niemand in het

voordeel is!

Degene die als eerste een woord bedenkt dat met de omgedraaide letter

begint, slaat met z’n hand op de letterkaart en spreekt het woord hardop

uit. Als beloning ontvangt het de letterkaart en mag het de volgende kaart

omdraaien. Als niemand een woord met de gevraagde beginletter weet,

wordt de letterkaart uit het spel genomen.
