6. Accendere il robot azionando la vite (16).
7. Se necessario spingere l’impasto con il pestello (18). Non spingere l’impasto con le dita!
8. Quando dalla bocca della macchina fuoriesce l’impasto, tagliarlo in pezzi della dimensione
desiderata.
Come fare la pasta
Come cominciare - Generale
1. Preparare la pasta con farina e acqua in proporzione 5:2. (es. 500g di farina e acqua 200 g, 500 g di
farina, 2 uova e acqua 100g. miscelare utilizzando lo sbattitore (8c) a velocità da 1 a 4 per 2-3 minuti).
Per ulteriori dettagli vedere la sezione "come utilizzare il recipiente".
2. Rimuovere il coperchio (2a) dal supporto dell'elica e togliere la vite (16).
3. Scegliere l’accessorio per il tipo di pasta che si desidera (25a / 26b / 26c / 26d o 26e).
4. Posizionare l'elica (25) e l’accessorio per la pasta scelto nell'apposito alloggiamento (come mostrato in
figura). Avvitare il blocco di sicurezza (27) fino a quando è stretto, ma senza forzarlo.
5. Posizionare il supporto per pasta (24) con il bocchettone rivolto verso l'alto nell’aspirale e ruotare la vite
(16) in senso orario fino a quando non si chiude.
Come utilizzare il tritacarne (vedi figura A)
1. Assicurarsi che la manopola di controllo della velocità (7) sia impostata su "Off".
2. Collegare l'apparecchio a una presa elettrica con le seguenti caratteristiche: 230 V, 50 Hz.
3. Accendere il robot e regolare il livello di velocità da 5 a 6, grazie all’apposita manopola di controllo (7).
4. Spingere la pasta in basso con il pestello (18). Non toccare con le dita.
