Safety Warnings

Always read the instruction manual before using Gymform® Vibromax Plus.

If you have any doubts about your physical condition or have suffered from an illness, always

consult your doctor before using Gymform® Vibromax Plus.

Gymform® Vibromax Plus.

Always place Gymform® Vibromax Plus on a at surface.

Ensure that children do not use Gymform® Vibromax Plus without adult supervision.

As with any other physical exercise device, consult your doctor before you start using

Gymform® Vibromax Plus.

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with

reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they

have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and

understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and

user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a special cord or assembly available

from the manufacturer or its service agent.

The device supports a maximum weight of 120 kg.

IMPORTANT: Do not use the product if you have an implant in your body such as a pace-

maker, an IUD, a prosthesis, screws, etc.

Gymform® Vibromax Plus Assembly

Before you start assembling the device, unpack all the parts and have them ready.

Make sure the ON/OFF button on the base of the unit is in the O position, i.e. make sure the

device is off before plugging it into the mains socket.

1. Place the unit (1) on a at, level surface.

Note: To transport the platform, tilt it as shown in Figure 2 and roll it on the wheels (22).

Operating Instructions

1. The Gymform® Vibromax Plus programmes can be selected on the unit itself (1) or by

using the remote control (11) as explained below. The remote control runs on two AAA batte-

ries (not included). Insert them into the battery compartment.

2. Plug the electric cable (12) into the cable socket (13). Then plug the unit into the mains.

3. Turn the unit on using the main switch (2).

4. Once the machine is on, press the “PRG Mode” button (17) to choose from the 10 pro-

grammes on the Vibromax Plus. The programme will be displayed on the program screen (9):

P1: Massage Programme

P2: Warm-Up Programme

P3: Special Buttocks and Thighs Programme

P4: Toning Programme

P5: General Fitness Programme

P6: Advanced Aerobic and Anaerobic Training Programme (Fartlek Training)

P7: Strength and Resistance Training Mode

P8: Muscle-Building Programme

P9: Fat-Burning Programme

Manual Programme

When the programme screen (9) indicates you are in manual mode (MA), you can choose

the time by pressing the “TIME-” button (4) for less time and the “TIME +” button (3) for more

time. If you do not choose a time, the default time of the session will be 15 minutes. Press the

“START” button (5) to start the exercise. The machine begins on speed 1. You can increase

the speed up to speed 99 using the “SPEED HI” button (6). To reduce the speed, press the

“SPEED LOW” button (7). The speed screen (10) displays the speed of the exercise at that

time. To stop all programmes, press the “Stop” button (8).

To use any of the following three functions, rst press the M button (21). Pressing the M

button (21) again deactivates the function:

In manual mode, press speed button 20 (18) (see product description gure) to set the device

to speed 20.

In manual mode, press speed button 50 (19) (see product description gure) to set the device

to speed 50.

In manual mode, press speed button 80 (20) (see product description gure) to set the device

to speed 80.

See Table 1 for the oscillation rate at each speed level:

When using the device for the rst few times, we recommend starting on low speeds with

few vibrations per minute and gradually increasing the speed as you continue exercising.

For exercises in which the user is standing (see Exercise Guide). When both feet are placed

in zone (A) (see Figure 1), it is like walking. In zone (B), it is like power walking and in zone

(C), it is like running. Choose the exercise level you want based on the position of your feet.

The recommended duration of all programmes is 15 minutes.

We recommend doing one session a day.

To do exercises with the elastic bands (16), attach them to the brackets for elastic bands (15).

To turn off the device, press the Power button (14). Press the Power button (14) to turn the

device on again. The device will only work if the main switch (2) is turned on. To completely

turn on and turn off the device, press the main switch (2).
