Montaža vratila i glave za svrdla (slika 12)
1. Pažljivo očistite Morseov stožac i glavu za svrdla pa ih pažljivo čuvajte bez tragova ulja i prašine. Sad
moćnim trzajem umetnite Morseov stožac (1) u glavu za svrdla (2).
2. Glavu za svrdla (3) nataknite na kratki stožac čunjastog trna.
3. Sasvim rastegnite čeljusti glave za svrdla. Da spriječite oštećenje glave, stavite unutra mali štapić pa sa
2 do 3 lagana udarca nabacite stožac i glavu za svrdla prema gore.
PAZITE: Da spriječite oštećenje glave za svrdla, ne koristite za nataknuće glave na osovinu čekić od
čelika ili drugog metala.
Demontaža glave za svrdla (slika 13)
1. Ako želite glavu za svrdla spustiti u najniži položaj, popustite prsten vretena (1). U tu svrhu koristite ručnu
polugu pomicanja. Prsten vretena ima s obiju strana veliki ovalni otvor (2).
2. Okrećite glavom za svrdla (3) dok se ne bude otvor vretena (4) poklapao s otvorom prstena vretena.
3. Umetnite klin (5) i lagano na njega udarajte čekićem.
4. Osovina i glava za svrdla će iz vretena ispasti.
Montaža bušilice (slika 14)
1. Svoju bušilicu prihvatite pomoću dviju rupica (1) u osnovnoj ploči uz postolje ili radni stol, i u tu svrhu
koristite kvalitetan spojni materijal. Time ćete spriječiti da se bušilica tijekom rada prevrne, sklizne,
nakrene ili pomiče.
VAŽNO: Ako se postolje ili radni stol počnu tijekom rada bušilice kretati,
sigurno ih pričvrstite uz pod.
