Montage van de spil en de boorkop (Afbeelding 12)
1. Maak de morseconus en de boorspil zorgvuldig schoon en houd deze olie- en stofvrij. Steek nu de
morseconus (1) met een krachtige beweging in de boorspil (2).
2. Plaats nu de boorkop (3) op de korte machinekegel van de doorn.
3. Open de klemming van de boorkop geheel. Om beschadigingen aan de boorkop te voorkomen, gebruik een
stuk hout en klop de boorkop en de conus met 2-3 lichte klopjes naar boven.
LET OP: Om beschadiging van de boorkop te voorkomen, geen metalen hamer gebruiken om de
boorkop op de as te monteren.
Verwijderen van de boorkop (Afbeelding 13)
1. Om de boorkop is in zijn laagste positie te plaatsen, leg de spilbus open (1). Gebruik daarvoor de
voedingshendel. De spilbus heeft aan beide kanten een groot ovalen gat (2).
2. Draai de boorkop (3), tot een spilgat (4) met een gat in de spilbus overeenkomt.
3. Breng de spie (5) in en klop licht met een hamer.
4. De as en de boorkop zullen uit de spil vallen.
Montage van de boormachine (Afbeelding 14)
1. De boormachine moet met de twee gaten in de machinevoet (1) met goede bevestigingselementen op een
onderstel of een werkbank vastgezet worden. Dat zal vermijden dat de boormachine tijdens het werk
omvalt, verschuift of trilt.
BELANGRIJK: Als het onderstel of de werkbank tijdens het gebruik begint te bewegen, dan is
het beter deze aan de vloer te bevestigen.
