Istruzioni per la manutenzione e cura
ATTENZIONE! Le seguenti regole valgono per le normali condizioni dell’uso. Nel caso delle condizioni peggiorate, ad es.
la gran polverosità oppure il tempo dell’uso giornaliero più lungo, è necessario accorciare gli intervalli in
modo opportuno.
Eseguire nessun lavoro sulla macchina in marcia!
Controllare prima di ogni inizio del lavoro:
• leva d’accelerazione
• contattore ON/OFF
• eseguire controllo visivo della macchina
• dispositivi di sicurezza
• rigidità di tutti gli elementi mobili
Terminato il lavoro, controllare:
tutta la macchina e pulirla.
Controllare ogni 10 ore ed eseguire la manutenzione:
1. Allentare la vite per filtro d’aria e smontare il carter.
2. Controllare l’elemento. Estrarre le parti danneggiate dell’elemento.
3. Pulire tutte le parti con la benzina, soffiarle ed asciugare fin a secco. Anche il
filtro d’aria pulire con la benzina, strizzare e/o soffiare fin a secco.
4. Montare il filtro d’aria con carter e fissare tutto tramite la vite.
Controllare ogni 10/15 ore ed eseguire la manutenzione:
1. Usando l’apposita chiave, smontare la candela d’accensione.
2. Pulire la candela d’accensione e controllare la distanza della scintilla. Dovrebbe
essere cca 0,6 – 0,7 mm. Le candele difettose e/o usurate devono essere
sempre sostituite delle nuove corrispondenti. L’ignoranza può provocare il
danneggiamento della macchina.
3. Avvitare la candela d’accensione sulla testa del cilindro. Usando la chiave a
coppia serrare la candela fino a cca 10-15 Nm.
ATTENZIONE! Attenzione che la filettatura della candela e della testa di
cilindro siano pulite. Non devono essere presenti le impurità nella testa di
cilindro. Eseguire accuratamente la pulizia della candela smontata.
Informazioni sul carburante
Riempimento:
Mescolare la benzina senza piombo con l’olio di marca per i motori a due tempi, con raffreddamento ad aria, in proporzione 1:25.
Ciò significa che 5 litri di benzina devono essere mescolati con 0,2 lt dell’olio.
