CD•TAPE/OFF• Function switch for selecting the input sources,
RADIO CD, TAPE and RADIO. (The device is switched
off when none of the drive buttons are pressed
in the »TAPE/OFF« position.)

Lights up when the radio recorder is in operation.
VOLUME Adjusts the volume.
UBS Ultra Bass System for boosting the bass.
y Headphone jack for connecting a headphone set
with a jack plug (ø 3.5 mm) on the left side of the
device; the speakers on the unit are automatically
switched off.
AC~ Socket for connecting the power cord (on the
back of the device).
Radio unit
ANTENNA Telescopic antenna for FM reception.
BAND Frequency band switch FM (VHF), MW (medium
wave) and LW (long wave).
ļ TUNING Ļ For tuning to radio stations.
PROG/RANDOM For storing radio stations.
FM MODE For switching to mono reception in case of poor
stereo reception (on the back of the device).
CD unit
OPEN/CLOSE Opens and closes the CD compartment.
PLAY/PAUSE Starts CD playback.
ıII Pauses playback.
STOP ■ Ends the playback of a CD.
