Operating a second satellite receiver DTR 2000
If you want to operate two satellite receivers DTR 2000 with one remote control
unit TP 820 SAT, you must programme a different remote control code for one
satellite receiver.
1 Switch the desired satellite receiver to standby.
Press the “
i
”key on the satellite receiver until “ir1” (or “ir2”) appears in
the receiver’s display, then use the “
FF EE
” keys to select the remote
control code “ir2” (or “ir1”). Confirm with “OK”.
2 Operating the second satellite receiver.
Press at the same time the “SAT 2 “ key and the desired function key, e.g. the
numeric keys “1 ... 0 ” for direct service position selection, or the “
;;::
”
keys for changing the volume.
Reprogramming the remote control
The remote control can also be programmed to operate a TV set as the main
function and satellite receivers and video recorders as auxiliary function.
To reprogramme the remote control to TV as main function:
1 Press and hold down the “VIDEO” key,
enter the code “09” using the numeric keys “1 … 0”,
press the “OK” key to save the setting,
release the “VIDEO ” key.
Note:
When the “VIDEO ” key is pressed and held down, other code numbers
may also be entered with the numeric keys “1 … 0” then stored with the
“OK” key.
The table on next page shows the code numbers which are required for
reprogramming.
