Cleaning the CD unit
If the device is unable to scan CDs perfectly, use a standard, com-
mercially available cleaning CD to clean the laser optics. Other
cleaning methods may damage the laser optics.
To clean CDs use a lint-free cloth and wipe them in a straight line
from the centre of the disc outwards. Do not use cleaning fluid for
vinyl records or other solvents or scouring agents.

This device is noise-suppressed according to the applicable EU directives.
This product fulfils the European directives 89/336/EEC, 73/23/EEC and 93/68/EEC.
This device conforms to the safety regulation DIN EN 60065 (VDE 0860) and thereby the internation-
al safety regulation IEC 60065.
Do not open the hi-fi casing under any circumstances. No warranty claims are accepted for damage
caused by incorrect handling.
Caution:
Bi-directional data transfer as defined for ITE devices in EN 55022/EN
55024 is not possible.
USB transfer is not in itself an operating mode. It is only an additional
function.
