My chainsaw has not been used for a while and now doesn’t operate at all. The battery has been charged and and shows 40.2 volts
The saw has been stored indoors with battery kept separate.

Chain keeps falling off as soon as pressure is applied when cutting. The actual chain guide moves up and tension is removed. Seems like the chain guide is not locating in the machine correctly? Submitted on 14-2-2022 at 04:18
