re dalla data di vendita, per imperfezioni riconducibili a difetti di produzione e

vengono toccati da questa norma. La prestazione di garanzia non contempla i

danni derivanti da uso o trattamento improprio, come i difetti che inuiscono sul

funzionamento o il valore del dispositivo solo in misura esigua. Non ci assumiamo

inoltre alcuna responsabilità per danni dovuti a decalcicazione e cura omesse o

insufcienti. Anche in questo caso la garanzia decade. Utilizzare esclusivamente le

pastiglie decalcicanti e detergenti originali Graef. Sono inoltre esclusi dal diritto

di garanzia i danni da trasporto, n tanto che noi non ne siamo responsabili. Per

danni derivanti da una riparazione non eseguita da noi o dai nostri rappresentanti,

è escluso il diritto di garanzia. In caso di reclamo legittimo effettueremo a nostra

scelta la riparazione del prodotto difettoso o la sua sostituzione con un prodotto

esente da difetti.
