Her steller garantie für Mängel, die auf Fertigungs- oder Werk stoff fehler zu rück zuführen sind. Ihre gesetzlichen
Gewähr leistungs ansprüche nach § 439 ff. BGB-E bleiben von dieser Regelung unberührt. In der Garantie nicht
enthalten sind Schäden, die durch unsachgemäße Behandlung entstanden sind und Mängel welche die Funktion
oder den Wert des Gerätes nur geringfügig beeinflussen. Bei berechtigten Rekla mationen werden wir das
mangelhafte Produkt nach unserer Wahl reparieren oder gegen ein mangelfreies Produkt austauschen.

for purchasing our product. Starting on the day of purchase we accept a warranty of 60 months for defects which
can be traced back to manufacturing or material defects. Your legal warranty claims in compliance with section
439 ff of the German Civil Code shall remain unaffected by this settlement. The warranty shall not cover any
damage which has been caused by incorrect handling, and any defects, which have a minor effect on the function
or the value of the device. In case of a justified complaint it shall be our choice to either repair the defective
product or to replace it by a product free from defects.
