Gegrilde groenten met runder let
Porties: 2
Voorbereidingstijd: ca. 25 minuten
Gaartijd: ca. 20 – 30 minuten
Ingrediënten:
250 – 350 g runder let
1 – 2 el olijfolie
1 teentje kno ook
4 – 6 middelgrote champignons
1 courgette
1 paprika
Kruiden: zout, peper, kruiden naar wens
1 glas water naar wens
Bereiding:
1. Kno ook pellen en met de kno ookpers uitpersen.
2. Courgette en paprika wassen en in blokjes snijden.
3. Champignons schoonmaken en in plakjes snijden.
4. Vlees afspoelen, deppen met keukenrol en in blokjes snijden.
5. Alles in een pot doen en vermengen met wat olie en de kruiden.
6. Het groente-vleesmengsel in de grillmand doen en deze in het apparaat plaatsen.
Indien gewenst een glas water in de schotel gieten om iets meer vocht te hebben in
het apparaat.
7. Stel de gaartemperatuur in op ca. 170 – 185 °C.
8. Stel de gaartijd in op ca. 20 – 30 minuten.
9. De gaartijd kan variëren afhankelijk van de grootte van de stukken vlees en groente.
Pas de gaartemperatuur en gaartijd eventueel aan.
Tips
Varieer de groenten. Zorg er echter voor groenten te kiezen die voldoende
eigen vocht hebben. Anders kunnen de groenten tijdens het garen te droog
worden.
Probeer ook andere soorten vlees uit. Zorg er hierbij eveneens voor dat u
geen te droog vlees kiest.
