Kokosnoot-garnalen
Ingrediënten:
12 garnalen (geschild en waarvan het darmkanaal werd verwijderd)
Voor de panade:
ca. ½ kopje meel
ca. ½ kopje kokosnootvlokken
ca. ½ kopje paneermeel of broodkruim
1 – 2 eiwit
Voorbereiding:
1. Giet de kokosnootvlokken en het paneermeel (of broodkruim) in een verhouding van
1:1 in een kleine kom en meng de ingrediënten.
2. Doe het meel in een aparte kom.
3. Scheid het eigeel van het eiwit en giet het eiwit in een ander schaaltje.
4. Wentel de garnalen eerst in meel, dompel ze dan in het eiwit en rol ze vervolgens in
de kokosnootpanade.
Gepaneerde stukjes kip
Ingrediënten:
2 kippenbouten of kippenvleugels
ca. ½ kopje paneermeel of broodkruim om te paneren
1 eiwit
2 el paprikapoeder
1 kno ookteentje
1 tl zeezout
1 tl rozemarijn
Toebereiding:
1. Kno ook pellen en met de kno ookpers persen.
2. Kno ook, paprikapoeder, zeezout, rozemarijn en paneermeel met elkaar vermengen.
3. Eiwit scheiden en in een aparte kom gieten.
4. De kippenbouten of de kippenvleugels in het eiwit dompelen en vervolgens in de
panade rollen.
Gepaneerde reepjes kippenborst
Ingrediënten:
2 kippenborst lets
1 – 2 eiwit
ca. ½ kopje meel om te paneren
ca. ½ kopje paneermeel of broodkruim om te paneren
½ tl zout
½ tl peper
