Storingen verhelpen
Wanneer het apparaat niet op de juiste wijze functioneert, kunt u nagaan of u een pro-
bleem zelf kunt oplossen. Neem contact op met de klantenservice als het probleem met
de genoemde stappen niet kan worden opgelost.
Probeer niet om een elektrisch apparaat zelf te repareren!

Het apparaat
kan niet worden
ingeschakeld. / Het
bedrijfslampje
brandt niet.
De netstekker zit niet goed in
de contactdoos.
Steek de netstekker in de
contactdoos.
De contactdoos is defect.
Probeer een andere contact-
doos.
Er is geen netspanning voor-
handen.
Controleer de zekering van
de netaansluiting.
De
aan- / uitschakelaar
(10) werd niet ingedrukt.
De aan- / uitschakelaar
indrukken om het apparaat in
te schakelen.
De zekering in de
zekeringskast is
gesprongen.
Te veel apparaten op dezelf-
de stroomkring aangesloten.
Aantal van de apparaten in
de stroomkring verminderen.
Er loopt water uit
het apparaat.
Er bevindt zich teveel water
in de watertank (2).
Vul niet te veel water in de
watertank!
De zet- of stoomstand zijn
ingesteld.
De stoomregelaar (4) altijd
geheel naar rechts draaien
en de aan- / uitschakelaar
altijd in stand Uit drukken,
wanneer er geen kan onder
de zeefdrageruitloop of de
stoom-spuitkop (5) staat.
De afdruipschaal (6) is vol. De afdruipschaal legen.
De espresso
loopt langs de
buitenkant van de
zeefdrager (8).
De zeefdrager is niet juist
geplaatst.
Let op of hij goed zit (zie
hoofdstuk ‘Bediening en
bedrijf’ – ‘Zeefdrager in het
apparaat plaatsen’).
De rand van de zeefdrager is
vervuild met espresso- / kof-
fi epoeder.
De zeefdrager en het zeefi n-
zetstuk (14) reinigen.
Ondanks een
pompend geluid
komt er geen water
uit het apparaat.
Er bevindt zich geen water in
de watertank.
De watertank vullen met
water.
De watertank is verkeerd
geplaatst.
De watertank eruit nemen en
opnieuw plaatsen. Let op de
juiste positie.
