Important warnings!
Never put aluminum foil to the bottom of the oven, and do
not place any crockery upon it. The oven enamel may be
damaged by the excessive heat.
Fruit juice, dripping from the baking pan, may produce stains
upon the enamel, which are very hard to remove.
Operation
Oven is controlled by the function knob and the
Electronic program clock with temperature display.
Function knob
Setting the oven temperature
Temperature may be set within the 50 - 275°C span.
Use the oven selection button to select the heating mode;
Turn the button (5) either to the right or to the left and
release it. Display indicates '0°C' and '°C' symbol is flashing.
Turn the jog button again (5) to the right or to the left, and
hold it in that position. Display indicates preset temperature
'180°C' (symbol (S2) is on and '°C' is flashing). Now set the
desired temperature and release the jog button (5). In a few
seconds, '°C' symbol stops flashing and the oven starts
operating.
Oven temperature is indicated on the display during the
entire operation in the following manner:
Until the oven temperature is below 50°C, the symbol (S2) is
on and '---
°C' is displayed;
When the oven temperature starts increasing, the display
indicates approximate temperature in the oven, which is
changed every 5°C;
When the preset oven temperature is reached, the symbol
(S2) is off and the temperature setting is indicated on the
display;
Preset temperature may be changed at random by using
button (5).
Modes of operation
Oven may be used in the following modes.
Oven illumination
Some models have installed two lamps for oven lighting; one at
the top of rear wall and the second one at the middle of right-
handed side wall.
Oven illumination may be switched on independently, without
any other function.
This may come handy during the cleaning, or when switched
off and using the remaining oven heat.
During all other oven functions the illumination is automatically
switched on with the selection of a particular function.

Applying upper and lower heater
Heaters from the upper and the lower side uniformly heat the
exposed food.
Baking and roasting is possible only at single level.
Grill
Heat comes directly from the infrared heater, located at the
oven ceiling. It is especially suitable for preparing steaks,
sausages, T-bones, pork chops, etc.
Grill with ventilator
Infrared heater and ventilator operate simultaneously. This
mode is appropriate for roasting and grill of larger chunks of
meat or poultry at one level. It may also be used to obtain crisp
skin on your roast.
Lower heater and ventilator
Both the lower heater and hot air ventilator are in operation.
This mode is most appropriate for baking pizza. It may also be
used for baking moist or heavy cake at two levels, fruit cake or
cheese souffle.
Ventilator with hot air
The fan at the rear forces the air around the roast or pastry. It
is suitable for roasting and baking at more than one level.
