warranties forGemini, including impliedwarranties for fitness,are limitedin

duration to One (1)year from the original date of purchase,unlessother-

RETURN/REPAIR

A. Inthe U.S.A.,please call ourhelpful CustomerService Representatives at

(732)738-9003, andthey willbehappy togive you aReturn Authorization

Number (RA#) and theaddress of an authorized servicecenter closestto

you.

B. After receivingan RA#, includea copyof the originalsales receipt,

with defectiveproductand adescription of the defect.Send byinsured

freight to: Gemini SoundProducts Corp, anduse theaddress provided by

yourcustomer service representative. Your RA#must be written on the

outside of the package, orprocessing will bedelayed indefinitely!

C. Servicecovered underwarranty willbepaid forby Geminiandreturned to

you.Fornon-warrantiedproducts,Geminiwill repair your unitafter payment

is received. Repair chargesdo not includereturn freight. Freight chargeswill

be added to therepair charges.

D. On warrantyservice, youpayfor shipping to Gemini,we payforre-

turnshipping withinthe ContinentalUnited States. Alaska,Hawaii,

Puerto Rico, Canada,Bahamas,andthe VirginIslands will becharged for

freight.

E. Please allow2-4 weeks for returnof your product. Under normal circum-

stances your productwill spend nomore than 10workingdays atGemini. We

are notresponsible forshippingtimes.
